About us
WorldSkills Mongolia is a non-governmental organization that operates at an international level to promote the development of vocational education and skills in Mongolia. Officially registered in June 2024, the organization’s primary mission is to advance the Mongolian skills movement in a sustainable and independent manner.
Mongolia joined WorldSkills International (WSI) in 2014, Since then, our youth have successfully represented Mongolia on the global skills stage. In 2024, the WorldSkills Mongolia NGO was established to consistently develop the principles of WorldSkills and increase national capacity.

To strengthen national competitiveness by fostering the development of young Mongolians’ skills, supporting individual success, and accelerating professional growth.
What we do?
Support for TVET institutions in curriculum and assessment reform:
We provide consulting and professional support to TVET institutions to enhance their training curricula and assessment systems using materials such as occupational standards (OS), technical descriptions (TD), test projects (TP), and assessment criteria developed by WorldSkills International.
Empowerment of teachers and professionals:
TVET experts provide support through training, consultancy services, and the introduction of international best practices to develop the skills of teachers.
Public understanding and cooperation:
We work closely with government bodies, the private sector, and educational institutions while promoting the value of skills to society.
National and international skills competitions:
Each year, we organize the National Skills Competition and select outstanding participants to train and prepare them for the International WorldSkills competition.
